Why is the economy in the world of Islam in such a mess?

I NEVER said that the Hajj will be abandoned in 2020. It is clear from the responses to this video that most Muslims have not studied the Qur'an as it explains Gog and Magog. They will now pay a price for that neglect since they will not be able to understand the unique world today. This video, which was recorded in a class/seminar held at the Jama Masjid, San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago in 2004 (when I had a bad cough that lasted for a long time), was not referring to today's virus. It is still too early for us to know what will eventually happen in the world because of this manufactured Corona-virus. If there are those who are OFFENDED because we have rebroadcast this very old lecture, we apologize to them; but it would be interesting to know why they are offended by a lecture delivered 16 years ago. It would be beneficial of viewers would kindly pause for a moment to ask themselves: why is it that so many can listen to these lectures and have no problem with the volume, while so many others have problems with the volume? Common sense would lead to the conclusion that the problem does not reside with IBN; rather it resides elsewhere!!! INH

The subject of 'Gog and Magog' is the very foundation of Ilmu Akhir al-Zaman (or Islamic Eschatology); and it is my views on precisely this subject which have been relentlessly attacked and rejected by my many critics these last 20-25 years. Those who have rejected my explanation of this subject are now in a state of shock since more and more viewers - Muslims, Christians and others - are becoming convinced, Alhamdu lillah, that my explanation is correct. I can only pray that those of my critics who have sincerity in their hearts might be guided to the Truth Insha Allah. My gentle advice to them is to remain faithful to Truth - regardless of where the road of Truth takes them.

I will try to complete my explanation of Dhul Qarnain, and of Gog and Magog, Insha Allah, in my next IBN session. INH

Is it asking too much of those who insist, with conviction, on identifying Dhul Qarnain as Cyrus, or Alexander, or anyone else, to write an essay of the subject of Dhul Qarnain and Gog & Magog? Is that asking too much? I want to know the connection between Cyrus and the barrier built by Dhul Qarnain? I want to see the evidence that Allah Most High spoke to Cyrus with the words located in Surah al-Kahf? I want to see their analysis concerning the end of Gog and Magog. General Elections will take place in Trinidad and Tobago on August 10th. Two major political parties, representing the two major races or tribes (those with Indian origin, and those with African origin) are contesting in the elections - but there are other smaller parties which might just have some success in the polls. The great danger in these elections is that the party representing those with Indian origins, which is led by a Hindu woman, has walked down a road on which none has ever walked before. If her party is successful, and she becomes Prime Minister, then Trinidad and Tobago will surely become an American vassal State.

It is very clear, judging from the large number of viewers who dislike my video on HAGIA SOPHIA - MY SECOND RESPONSE, that my students and I have plenty work to do to teach this subject, and to do so in a patient and gentle way. I have not silenced my critics. I have only rid myself, and my viewers, of those who do not know how to comment in a civil way, and respectfully. They are now silenced!
