Some women overuse their superpower on men during its peak years and face tough consequences in the quality of their relationships later on. Some women in their 20s focus on climbing the corporate ladder the way that a man would, and then miss out on the opportunity for children and a family. Women have a set of tradeoffs in their relationships, career, and family choices early on, and I don't know what would be the best path for a young woman to take.
