Gay bars are something I never even thought of before. They dominate male spaces because that's what they do to supervise male behavior and make sure we aren't talking poorly about them or sharing our knowledge about female nature. I don't really think the bar owners care as they are selling more drinks and more food. And guess who's paying for all the drinks the straight women are consuming there? That's right their boyfriends. He's the designated wallet for the night. Because the gay men won't buy them drinks so someone has to. I've been dragged to the gay village in Toronto by girlfriends in the past in solidarity for their gay friends and then I was getting hit on by guys. This Latino that's complaining needs to understand that most of the straight guys in the gay bar are only there to appease their girlfriends. They need to go easy on such guys.
