Do Hard S*** & Develop Mental Toughness: Watch This When You Feel Lazy:

I know that this channel helps a lot of you guys when laziness comes. And I know that a lot of you will also watch this when you feel lazy. And this is exactly the purpose of this video.

What do you do when you're feeling lazy? How do you get that "laziness motivation" that will kick your a** from the couch and turn you into a motivational beast?

I've suffered from laziness most of my life. There were times when I used to procrastinate a lot and I would rarely get stuff done. I couldn't complete my projects. I couldn't learn anything new.

This is when I decided it was time for a change. I decided that I didn't want to be lazy anymore. Then, I started questioning myself how to stop being lazy.

I tried different things... But the ones that really worked were putting myself out there, doing hard s*** and developing mental toughness. I consider both of extreme importance.

When you go out there and do hard s***, you'll start to familiarize yourself with a concept I believe it's really important, which is to bring pain upon yourself. When you bring pain upon yourself you start to realize that you're way more strong than you ever thought was possible.

When you do that, you start to develop mental toughness, which is something that will literally kill any laziness you might have.

in this video I'll talk more about how to stop being lazy and what you can do to not be lazy ever again. I want you to take this video as a mantra. I want you to watch this when you feel lazy. I want you to kick laziness in the a**.

Success Story: Mitch Tabian On Building Online Programming Presence

Mitch is one more of those awesome success stories I like to share with you guys to show that, once you start to put everything I teach you in this channel, the chances of success are close to 100%.

Here is part of how his life changed one he started applying what I teach in this YouTube channel:
" I think you will probably remember me as I've emailed you several times in the past and commented on quite a few videos - but who knows, you have such a large reach know I think it would be easy to get lost in the crowd.

I have been watching your videos since December 2015 (back when you still had the squeaky voice in some of your videos and occasionally wore a fidora). At that point I was in my last semester of school, finishing up my BSc. Physics and Diploma in Enginnering Physics. I had NO idea what I really wanted to do when I graduated in approximately 4 months.

This was scary AF.

Very quickly I saw that my true passion was writing code. I had taken only 2 java classes, a Python class, a C++ class and an Assembly programming class. But upon reflection I realized that was what I really liked doing.

I had ZERO idea how to become a software developer with my current education. After asking around I came to the conclusion that is was possible - so I started watching YouTube videos.

I had to come up with a way to really learn to code, and learn quickly because I only had 4 months until I needed to get a job - and unemployment was not an option for me. I can't sit idle, I need to do things.

This is where you came in. I watched your videos and listened to your advice. I bought your blogging course and made my own blog. I then decided I was going to share with others as I learned and made a YouTube channel. On the channel I made (and still make) video tutorials for Android App Development. This accelerated my learning pace by x100. Teaching others is the single best way to learn something yourself. It forces you to develop a much deeper understanding. When your presenting something you can clearly see all the holes in your knowledge.

I started out only doing 1 or 2 posts a week but I was coding and learning a ton after school and on weekends. My first videos were shit and when I look back at them I cringe a little - so I completely understand how you felt when watching your old videos when you had that squeaky voice lol.

Fast-forward to graduation in April 2016: I managed to get an IT job at one of the largest companies in the province where I live. It wasn't a programmer job, but they employed programmers so I was very excited. I really believe the only reason they even brought me in for an interview is because of the technical skills I learned when teaching myself so code. I'm pretty good with people so that sealed the deal in the interview, but I doubt they would have called me without the programming/database skills I put on my resume.

Fast-forward to today: I quit my job about 4 months ago to do my own thing. I had done a few contract jobs building apps for people/companies while I was working my IT job and decided that I was going to give the YouTube and Freelance Android Dev thing a try - and really commit to it. Now everything is going really well for me"

In Joker, Joaquin Phoenix’s unhinged Arthur Fleck is in every sense a loser – and perhaps in all but self-identification, an incel. He is friendless aside from his mother, works as a party clown, and his paralysing tendency to burst into peals of maniacal laughter unnerves everyone he meets. And when, like Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver (obsessed by Betsy), he becomes romantically intrigued by Sophie (Zazie Beetz), a pretty girl he barely knows, his fantasies go into overdrive.

Essentially, what Phillips’s film asserts that we invite bloodshed and chaos if society ignores damaged people such as Fleck. That claim may be questionable, but what is true is that the film is good at what it does; it makes him disturbing and perversely thrilling to watch as he rises to the position of Gotham’s legendary arch-villain.

It’s no surprise that 2019’s Joker – while set to be a triumph, critically and commercially – has raised concerns over its narrative. An early, leaked version of the script, plus the portrayal of Phoenix’s character as a sad young man losing his grip on sanity (mental health problems, past trauma, failing comedy career, loneliness) has led to the film being aligned with so-called “incel” culture (involuntarily celibate men who are angry and misogynistic).

Early reviewers have expressed concern over what messages the movie might be transmitting, and what actions it might inspire. “In America, there’s a mass shooting or attempted act of violence by a guy like Arthur practically every other week,” wrote Time’s Stephanie Zacharek. Concerned by the part Fleck’s unrequited love for his neighbour (Zazie Beetz) plays in his violent trajectory, she added “he could easily be adopted as the patron saint of incels”. The Telegraph’s Robbie Collin meanwhile wrote: “Make no mistake, this is a film that is going stir up trouble,” admitting he partly felt the film “should be locked in a strongbox then dropped in the ocean and never released”. In a later interview, the Telegraph asked Phoenix if he was “worried that this film might perversely end up inspiring exactly the kind of people it’s about, with potentially tragic results?” Phoenix reportedly got up and walked out.

How to Get a TOP JOB WITHOUT a DEGREE ❌ ?

Have you ever considered getting a top job without a degree? Is it possible to get a job without a degree? This is one of the most common questions I hear from people in general.

Nowadays, it is totally understandable that you don't want to waste 4 years of your life at a university.

When I first started out my career as a software developer, I didn’t have a degree.

I took my first real job when I was on summer break from my first year of college. By the time the summer was up and it was time to enroll back in school, I found that the salary I was making from that summer job was about what I had expected to make when I graduated college—only I didn’t have any debt at this point—so, I dropped out and kept the job.

But, did I make the right choice?

Do you really need a degree to get a job?

You see, the issue is not really whether or not a particular degree has any value. The degree itself represents nothing but a cost paid and time committed. A degree can be acquired by many different methods, none of which guarantee any real learning has taken place. If you’ve ever taken a college course, you know that it is more than possible to pass that course without actually learning much at all.

Of course... Some jobs will be easier to get without a degree than others. However, you should look out for important life lessons if you really want to go down this path.

Somewhere deep down in your life, You know you're not living the life you're supposed to be living. You know that you're capable MEANT FOR so much more. You know that the life you're living is the one you settled for. You've quit so many times.

You've given up on your dreams. You've told yourself the easy road, the road with much less pain is worth it.

You've lied, you see ... it's so much easier to give up, it's so much easier to quit than It is to come face to face with the possibility of FAILURE.

As long as you never really try, you can keep telling yourself you are good enough, that you could succeed if you really wanted to.

You can keep telling yourself that you deserve it ... YOU DON'T! The truth is you've earned it yet, you don't deserve it ... that why you don't have it! That's why you've never going to have it unless you CHANGE your mindset, unless you develop the unrelenting Mindset OF SUCCESS, unless you develop the Bulldog MINDSET.

It's not enough to want your dreams, It's not enough to try for it, It's not enough to wake up in the morning and give it your best shot... what if your best shot isn't good enough?

Then what you're gonna do?

I'll tell you what you're gonna do! you're gonna do it anyway! and you're gonna keep doing it, following the BULLDOG MINDSET each and every day, whether you're seeing results OR NOT!

You're gonna get up and you're put up the shoes get on the road and do all the hard sh*t you don't want to do. You're gonna keep on Until you die OR SUCCEED.

There is no failure, there is no trying, there is no giving up!

Everyday you have a choice! You have the choice to live the life you're capable of living ... to reach out to your potential to grow to challenge yourself FALL DOWN ... but ... Get back up again. Or you can waste your life.

You can waste your precious time, the time you have not doing what you're meant to do now ... and regretting it LATER.

The time of giving up is over. It's time to follow the Bulldog MINDSET, It's time to live by the principle of " don't quit".

Yes DON'T QUIT ... DON'T you EVER QUIT.

Motivation might not be always there. But Motivation is to reach what you can be, Motivation is to follow to bulldog mindset, face your demons, face your enemies, take your prisoners !

Self-Sabotaging & Damage Control

Have you ever heard about self-sabotage?

For those who don't know, self-sabotage could be defined as:
"Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are procrastination, self-medication with drugs or alcohol, comfort eating, and forms of self-injury such as cutting. These acts may seem helpful in the moment, but they ultimately undermine us, especially when we engage in them repeatedly.

People aren't always aware of their own self-sabotage as the effects of their behavior may not show up for some time. Unfortunately, connecting a behavior to self-defeating consequences is no guarantee that a person will disengage from the behavior. Still, it is possible to overcome almost any form of self-sabotage, and people do it every day. There are behavioral therapies aimed at interrupting ingrained patterns of thought and action and strengthening deliberation and self-regulation processes. Motivational therapies reconnect people with their goals and values. There are even computer programs that help eliminate the constant temptation of online distractions."

Virtual Reality: Too Early To Specialize?

So, a lot of you have probably heard of virtual reality (or VR) over the last few months, right? VR is definitely getting more attention and exposure on the media and more attention is being drawn into this amazing area of expertise.

So, for those who don't know, Virtual Reality (VR) consists of
"Virtual reality (VR) typically refers to computer technologies that use software to generate realistic images, sounds and other sensations that replicate a real environment (or create an imaginary setting), and simulate a user's physical presence in this environment, by enabling the user to interact with this space and any objects depicted therein using specialized display screens or projectors and other devices. VR has been defined as "...a realistic and immersive simulation of a three-dimensional environment, created using interactive software and hardware, and experienced or controlled by movement of the body" or as an "immersive, interactive experience generated by a computer". A person using virtual reality equipment is typically able to "look around" the artificial world, move about in it and interact with features or items that are depicted on a screen or in goggles. Virtual realities artificially create sensory experiences, which can include sight, touch, hearing, and, less commonly, smell. Most 2016-era virtual realities are displayed either on a computer monitor, a projector screen, or with a virtual reality headset (also called head-mounted display or HMD). HMDs typically take the form of head-mounted goggles with a screen in front of the eyes. Some simulations include additional sensory information and provide sounds through speakers or headphones. Virtual Reality actually brings the user into the digital world by cutting off outside stimuli. In this way user is solely focusing on the digital content."

Hello Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.

In this video we are gonna be talking about the most important thing that you should think about every single day, this is critical is you want to have success, if you to achieve your goals in life.

One of the principles that I live by is how you live one day, is how you live everyday. Now this is a principle that I subscribe to in my life and one of the guiding factors of my life.

And before you act lazy procrastinate, or not want to go to the gym, you should have this thought process. And the Key point is to make the habit of being Productive part of your everyday routine. If you follow the notion of " how I live one day is how i live everyday ", and you make your day a " productive day ", then imagine what your life would be a month from now, a year from now, 10 YEARS from now.

Now the three reasons why you should follow this principle is simple.it's more likely you're going to follow through and continue in that direction. So The fact of having a productive day every day, isn't really that hard after you get the habit of it. At first it will be a little bit hard, But you will follow through with it.

First reason is momentum: When you start on doing something, and going at some direction it will get easier to do it again one day after the other.

IT GOES IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, If you are used to following bad decisions that have bad impact on your life you will find it more difficult to do the right thing, same thing goes to making good decisions with positive impacts. YES, It does take will power and discipline to make good decisions, but again it gets easier with time.

Second reason is Habit: Most of what we do is on autopilot, it is by habit.And just like how you will continue having positive impact on your life by following the habit of having a productive day every day, If you get used to Procrastination and Laziness you're basically screwed.
Just like the habit of brushing your teeth or tying your shoes, You must focus on making everyday of your life a productive day. And do the things that are hard but most productive. And at the end is become somewhat automatic.

Third reason is RANDOMNESS: Most of what we do in life are random, creativity, productivity and chaotic. Even though a lot of it is happening through randomness. You don't really have a lot of control over your life as much as you might think.
So if you surrender to randomness and follow through with it, with no constancy, habit or momentum to do the right thing, then your life will follow through a random chaotic pattern. Someone some day will be a productive day , other will not.

And those are the reason why HOW I LIVE ONE DAY IS HOW I LIVE EVERYDAY - and Why I make sure that a Productive day in my life is everyday.

The one meal a day (OMAD) weight loss plan promotes fast weight loss through restricting the time of day during which you eat and the number of meals you eat in a day. This type of diet has different forms, such as intermittent fasting, alternate-day fasting, or eating only one meal a day. It may also be referred to as caloric restriction. A lot of people ask me about what programming languages they should learn. I found myself in a difficult situation because this is a very hard question to answer.There are a lot of things that need to be taken into account before making a decision, especially when it comes to which programming language you should learn.

Last year's video was very popular. A lot of people found it useful and they got pretty much value from it. Those who followed my advice definitely took benefit from it, being able to boost their careers in 2018 by learning those programming languages.

One of the easiest ways to decide which programming language to learn for 2018 is by listening to the market.

The market will definitely tell you what will be the trending programming languages for the future. How Much Money I Made In My Vending Machine Business Bulldog_Mindset 1 Views • 5 years ago

Hey Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.

Today's topic is about vending machines, how I started the vending machine business and how much money I made in my vending machine business.

I know that vending machine business doesn't sound that appealing or lucrative, however the experience I've gotten from it was a good one. Running a business for the first time is always a hassle especially since you have no prior experience.

For me personally it was a good experience, learning how to deal with businesses, how to track my profit/loss statements, pitching my business deal, getting a better idea on the location that are most suited to put my vending machines in, buying new vending machines vs used ones etc...

It was a very great first experience in general, granted it wasn't worth all the hassle, especially since it wasn't that lucrative, I know that you're wondering how much money I made in my vending machine business compared to my full time job, and it wasn't a lot, a few hundreds of dollars every month.

granted it was fun running the business, buying the candy and so on... However in terms of efforts and time is wasn't worth it.

Starting a vending machine business will give you a nice experience if you've never ran a business before, but it won't make you millions. I made millions of dollars in four major areas such as online business, real estates and building my own brands... And for me that's the best way to get passive income + make great deal of money that allows you to retire and even scale them exponentially

Now as a final thought, if you're going to start a vending machine business, I would advice you to get used machines, try to start with only 2 or 3, get a feeling of how the business is ran and how to manage it, then expand it, or take your new found experience and invest in something more scalable liek real estates, online business a startup etc...

Thinking In Bets By Annie Duke (Book Review)

Today I've decided to review a "kind of" a special book to me. Anne Dukes wrote this book which kind of amazed me, especially because I've played poker professionally for a long time.

Thinking In Bets is a book about applying the poker mindset in life, which is something I consider of extreme importance, yet, few people do it.

Here is the book description extracted from Amazon:
"Poker champion turned business consultant Annie Duke teaches you how to get comfortable with uncertainty and make better decisions as a result.

In Super Bowl XLIX, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll made one of the most controversial calls in football history: With 26 seconds remaining, and trailing by four at the Patriots' one-yard line, he called for a pass instead of a hand off to his star running back. The pass was intercepted and the Seahawks lost. Critics called it the dumbest play in history. But was the call really that bad? Or did Carroll actually make a great move that was ruined by bad luck?

Even the best decision doesn't yield the best outcome every time. There's always an element of luck that you can't control, and there is always information that is hidden from view. Doubtless you will derive enjoyment during the time when you are improving your mind and setting it at peace with itself; but quite different is the pleasure which comes from contemplation when one’s mind is so cleansed from every stain that it shines.

You remember, of course, what joy you felt when you laid aside the garments of boyhood and donned the man’s toga, and were escorted to the forum; nevertheless, you may look for a still greater joy when you have laid aside the mind of boyhood and when wisdom has enrolled you among men.

For it is not boyhood that still stays with us, but something worse, – boyishness.

And this condition is all the more serious because we possess the authority of old age, together with the follies of boyhood, yea, even the follies of infancy. Boys fear trifles, children fear shadows, we fear both.

This excerpt of this letter tells us a little bit about the fear of death.

More or less, we all fear death. Whether you have already experienced or it will still be your time, lots of people discuss and find ways on how to handle the fear of dying.

Learning a new programming language can seem like a challenging task. However, as it is with all types of learning, there are certain techniques and practices that will help you learn the programming language faster and more efficiently.

During my entire programmer career I've been confronted with situations that made me develop some practices that would help me learn new programming languages faster.

In the beginning of my career I thought that reading books from cover to cover was the best way to learn a new language. Damn, how I was wrong. As I started to develop and create Pluralsight courses, I had to find a way to learn new programming languages fast, since this was exactly what I was doing.

As you're learning the new programming language, ask yourself the two vital tradeoff questions:

- Do I really want to learn this language bad enough to actually learn this language?
- Can I afford the time and energy needed to get good at sucking in this programming language?

Lots of people dream about achieving their first $100k. While it might seem like an easy thing for some people, it might be difficult for other ones. For some people, the way to $100k seems almost impossible.

We all dream about our first million, but, in order to get to one million dollars, you need to achieve your first $100k. And then, an extra $100k. And the next extra $100k.

Thing is: you need to be smart when it comes to making 6 figures. Making money is a science and, just like it was said in "The Millionaire Fastlane", there are definitely activities that will bring you more return in regardless to others.

Dan Lok likes to say that there are three basic ways to make $100k (ones better than others):
- High Income Job
- High Income Profession
- High Income Skills

In order to make money fast, you need to focus on developing high income skills.

The Wealth Triangle is a combination between interest rates, capital (liquid money that you have in cash, to invest), and TIME!

And if you have only two of these things you can get rich, and if you have a good amount of all these elements then you can really get rich very fast ( well relatively fast, we are not talking about rich quick schemes here).
