One I was coming home on a long drive, and I was chewing away, on the Wrigley Sugar Free Extra™ White Lemon Lime Chewing Gum in a 64g Bottle.

And depending on your tastes, to me this "Lemon Lime" is incredible - it's good, the flavour lasts for ages - lovely.

But the shits who make it put in these "sugar alcohols" - or indigestable sugars, that absorb water from the body, into the gut, which leads to some times HUGE amounts of Diarrhea.

Sorbitol, Maltitol, Xylitol, Mannitol.

Driving along..... "Ooooooo I will just let out a little fart!" - only this one didn't come with a hand brake - and once started I could not stop it.

Out of 2 x 64g packs of chewed up gum, over 2 hours, that emptied the last 24 hours of foods, out of my guts, into my pants, over the car seat, and in a huge heap over the ground.....

Lucky I bought toilet paper....

I raised it with Double D Sugar Free Confectionary, the end result was telling them "Just STOP for fucks sake, worshipping at the altar of ingredients that give you fucking DIARRHEA" - and I gave them a formulation to change too.

And now Peters Ice Cream's - are using the same shit in their no added fucking sugar ice creams.

I only buy one small tub of ice cream a year and usually because it's hot, humid, I am fucked, and a little bit of ice cream like 2 cup fulls / 500 ml - or an average bowl, of it works a treat for bringing me back to life - a bit of cold and wet...

But this is an industry wide issue - why does every fucking idiot, who makes sugar free / no added sugar products, just HAVE TO use indigestable sugars, that give you fucking diarrhea.

You know THE ingredient in PRUNE JUICE, that has a "laxative effect"is Sorbitol - it's not a brand name additive, it's a naturally occurring sugar - in the class of sugars called "sugar alcohols" - which relates to the molecular chain formation, and not an intoxicant - because it's non intoxicating.

But if you plan to do nothing for a whole day, go buy a big 1.2 litre bottle of it - and chug it all down and then spend the rest of the day on the shitter.

This is most of the offending range of Diarrhea producing delights.

Sorbitol, Maltitol, Xylitol, Mannitol, Polydextrose etc.

And fuck anyone who uses this crap in their sugar free foods.
