I did that for a woman and tried to teach her to drive and would have been willing to give her my car and get another but she had zero interest. As for that second relationship that's some serious simping because I wouldn't put up with getting herpes to be in a relationship. But love makes you irrational and crazy. When you do nice things for them then quite often they feel obligated to do nice things for you back. They see it as being in your social debt. When you do nice things for women many of them fear you're going to hold what you did for them against them in the future if they treat you poorly.
