It's simple, they want you out of your cars so you cant freely move about and they can imprison you in a local area. This 20 mph rthing is just the start. I want to know what they are going to do with the millions of road vehiucles, oh this also includes EV's that are a short term lie to get the money off of you. An EV may stay charged longer, but did you know that the motors are NOT built to constantly do 20mph, and like clutches a Grearboxes the strain will destroy them even quicker. The their is the POLUTION from excess Tire wear and brake pad dust as you will need to use brakes more often and this will also wear the tires, The dust and extractions of wear in this case are TOXIC more so than the mythological exhaust gases. Without CO2 Humanity casnnot exist neither can plants or animals, CO2 is really the gas odf life, but in this SATANIC inverted world you are being Hood Winked.

Twenty miles per hour? I've gone faster skateboard's and bicycles. That's insane. Here it's 50 km/h for surface streets here, approximately 35 mph.

They think by being a pain in the ASS they will get people out of ICE's. Here's a little secret I have. I have two motorcycles, quite long stroke single cylinder machines that even in 5th gear will chug along at tick over/ idle speed at 20 mph really comfortably. I bike does 136 MPG, the other does 120+ MPG, can you imagine my savings at 20 MPH! lol! I already do what is known as HYPERMILING, that is using the engine as efficientluy as possible and it's a habit I got into very quickly. I don't do to many miles a month anyway's but I onlt TOP UP, not fill the tanks with a few Buvck's or Pounds every month, there isd much more I'm doing as well thqat I use common sense to achieve. Aqs for the UK Government/ they continue to poke at that hornets nest and general feeling I hear is I think thet they will get really badly stung eventually.
