sadly most attorneys/lawyers will NOT do 'do diligence' unless you hold their feet to the proverbial fire...
also, plea deals are ILLEGAL period.

I agree. Plus look up your state law. Judicial conduct committee. Here by state law it is 2 investigators they have to abide by. All prosecutors lie.
