prostitution is not necessarily a sin. It becones a sin...and a very big one when the female actually has a husband at home; or she's having trains ran on her oh and if they are into anal sex and lesbian acts

@AbyssWatcher: God never condoned multiple wives nor concubines. In fact, Biblically, adultery is having intercourse with anyone who is NOT your spouse. But HEY, your choice. God never gave Adam multiple wives (I don't believe the "Lillith" story, but whatever), and He also took away the child conceived through King David and Bathsheba (2Sam 12:15-17). It's a violation of not only the 7th, but the 10th Commandment as well.

@AbyssWatcher: God NEVER condoned prostitution, in His temple or anywhere else. Nowhere in Scripture will you find that. In fact, God (and Jesus) said the exact OPPOSITE (Jer. 7; Mt. 21:13; just for starters).

Remember king david?? he had a lot of lovers and concubines but what did he do that got God so infuriated at him?? He committed adultery and then murdered the husband of the female he committed adultery with in order to try and hide his sin. Kings and the wealthy had multiple wives and concubines....the problem comes up when you take another man's wife. As regards prostitution; of course the pagan gods had temple prostitutes however The Most High does not tolerate that crap ; even sex between married people done in his temple; Hell He even killed both sons of Aaron because they had the audacity to be in his presence drunk
