I can see it being a cool idea On a day where the wind isn't blowing. But if you were to do it Where would you put it To get the most views ?
Anything you put an air that gets the most views Like for example the reason why they put Billboards near freeway Is because They get the most views that's where most of the traffic passes by.
I think you're better off Creating A video game within an app That has the ability to Scan QR codes To various services Within your location Maybe sneak in a few red pills.
Now I'm not really sure what you plan on Advertising.
