@mrghoster: Debt, absolutely. I'm 100% debt free. You're not wrong. The thing fucking me brain soup right now is my motorcycle. Fucker won't run, I can't find ANYTHING faulty, and there's absolutely no one to give me a hand. This after I have spent a fucking fortune on performance parts. Not worried about the money, but the wasted time, the time I'm NOT riding, the grind of not sleeping and not knowing WHY it doesn't run is exhausting.

@The Man Inside: I sold my car and big bike and got a small 125cc Honda that I've had 3 years and has not misfired once. This will see mne to my grave, my last Honda gave me 20 years of aklmost fault free use, by that I mean I had to change the exhaust and tyres and stuff? I doubrt I can help but what is the basis of your bike problem? Like is it electrical? or mechanical? Other than not start is there anything you altered or did shortly before it stopped? In my many years of Motorcycling it nearly always becomes something pathetically simple to resolve? It's that Over thinking thing again. Does the bike have lot's of electronic's and sensor's? It could be that? If you changed an engine part or exhaust it could be the mapping for fuel is all out. If you are here in Britain it is probably the E10 petrol change?

@mrghoster: Well, I currently own two Hondas, just sold the Yamaha. Both Hondas are super reliable in Honda specs, just I did change EVERYTHING on it. Cylinder, camshaft, fuel controller, injector... As you could figure, it has that electronic shit new motorcycles can't be sold without. Yesterday took it apart, and the head gasket is no good, but I think the injector is the main issue, although my knowledge is VERY limited. I know how it works, but can't determine if it works properly or not. Yes, I don't like that 10% ethanol (water), but 100% petrol is not available anymore. It most likely is going back to Honda specs as it never missed a beat before I messed with it. It was just slow. And with all the modifications it doesn't run properly and... It is still SLOW...

@The Man Inside: Do what I do with the E5 and E10, i remove all the Ethanol from it and it's really easy to do. I actually think I've posted a removal guide on my channel on how to remove it? get can of petrol with the "E" in it. Take a clear container like a water bottle as large or small as you need for the amount of petrol you need? Pour the petrol into it, then add some tap water, about a pint or up to about a liter.if you want. Screw the lid on, shake the mixture well and let stand say over night. In the morning all the ethanol will have hydrated into the water and out of the petrol. Get a piece of thin preferably clear hose and place it in the bottom of the container, you may need to weigh it down with an old nut or something to keep it on the bottom. Bend the pipe into an "S" shape and suck until the misty solution gets round the first bend and lower the pipe into an container or drain. Let the solution drain off until you see a small amount of petrol come out of the pipe,. you now have Ethanol FREE petrol ready to use,a nd if you leave it standing it will NOT be affected by separation because it has no Corn ?starch in it to attract damp or water. hope this kepls in the future but their are lot's of How To vid's on YT that show you exactly the same thing, finally before you ask it WON't effect your bikes /Carb or injectors, you may lose a couple of miles of the MPG but it's becausde it's lost a small amount of Octane. If you must you can add additives to the fuel but I don't bother seeing as I get 140/50 MPG anyways , I only notice it a bit when using the Motorways that I do not do often anyway? buy say a 20ltr Camping water container to tip a supply of de-Ethanoled petrol in and top your tank up from that until you need to make up another batch, Get the Bike de-modded first though.

@mrghoster: earlier I was thinking of taking all that electronic shit off the bike and install a carburator. Cheap, simple, just works. May leak. It definitely doesn't care what camshaft I have, or what the O2 sensor wants. But I have already ordered the parts I need to start putting it back on "reliable" order. I'll take the cylinder and injector out for now, and leave the camshaft. If for some reason it gives me trouble, everything not supplied by Honda goes to the trash. Today I was told an old bloke was able to give me a hand, when I got the the shop, there was a paper on the door saying the man has passed away. Everything is against me. Two mechanics, one told me "we don't touch that shit", the other, as soon as I said "not Honda parts" he immediately replied "forget it". And guess what, search online and not a single reference to this shit having problems, but I found someone in person who has a even worse experience. He blown the engine.

@The Man Inside: We are in a place of chasnge in history, the reason why many mechanic's wont touch "The OLD stuff" is because they can make easy money out of plugging a little yellow Mapping box in a socket, rather than actually know fuck all about engines. My little honda has only two things electronic, CDI instead of points, and a small sensor on the injector. other than that it's all mechanical and seeing as points and breakers and carb setting are the most time consuming to set, I'm happy with that. as for full engine setting and adjustment on the fly they can Keep the rest of that electronic crap. Naturally the progression is everyone will forget how to do the stuff the old way and tech (in all fields) not just engines has made people lazy and ignorant. I'm of the old school and fix my own stuff by recycling and fixing stuff from Dumpsters/ Skips and also salvage on parts where possible as a back up. the also have no reference online for fixing the new shit because they want the manopoly on it. If the truth be known it is probably very easy to hack or fix? You can in fact buy multi Mappers on line now. they are not cheap but will pay for themselves and not line the pockets of those who don't do (old stuff)! @mrghoster: Negative Visualization - is a basic form of Stoicism . eg - say you need to paint a door? well prepare - First buy the paint, then think will I need to sand the door or not? Well you can either buy some sandpaper or at least know where to get some at short notice? In other words have what you NEED or where to get what you NEED for a specific job, don't just buy stuff you may never use but know whgere to lay your hands on some? does that make sense. another basic situation is sdomething simple like, You don't have sugar in your Coffee, but have some sugar at the back of the cupboard so if your visitor does take sugar, you have it ready? hopwe thids makes sense. @mrghoster: two hours of work replacing the fucking cylinder and injector and can you guess the result? Yes you can. It started flawlessly. No hesitation, idling perfectly... I recorded some of it, I may post it later. Glad I did, as the piston was not in the same shape as when I installed it. And was a matter of time for the piston rod to fail. It will eventually anyway, but now I know it will.
