Here's how I did it:
1) Buy a Wise phone by Tech less.
2) Completely get rid of and shut off your home internet.
3) Limit your internet uses to work and other public places where you can't watch porn and whip your dick out because other people are around.
From my experience guys online who say they want to quit porn are merely more interested in identifying with and socializing and being in groups with other guys who are trying to quit porn more than they are actually interested in quitting.

We all have 3 brains : primal, emotional and logical. First 2 are more primitive than the last one, and have higher priority in the neural system. If trained extensively, the reproduction instinct is able to override ALL other needs (sleep, food, etc), and this is abused by the corn industry. The goal? By training your primal brain to override your logical brain, it destroys your self control. So you lose focus and thus control over your life. Which is the final goal : a male zombie population. Because then no one will stand in the way of total state control. In other words, conquest without an army.
