For Fluffies, their roles in society are conditional and is entirely environmentally based. If and when situation is right, safe, and beneficial, the fluffies become raging feminists and when not, they become fluffies all over again. Even without feminism, I have seen women lament, nag and whine for fairer treatment even in traditional countries, just so they can run away from the trad wife responsibilities and embrace work that offers fulfillment on a quicker scale yet their direct contribution is limited or the task is so tedious, it begs the question why women were needed in the first place.
