If he was drunk, he WOULD have smelled of alcohol.
You would have picked it up a mile away.
There is the smell of the particular beverage - beer, wine, whisky and vodka.
And if he had of been drinking an almost odourless beverage, the ethylene alcohol has a particular odour, as do all the chemical by products, like Acetaldehyde.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acetaldehyde

Acetaldehyde is an irritant of the skin, eyes, mucous membranes, throat, and respiratory tract. This occurs at concentrations as low as 1000 ppm. Symptoms of exposure to this compound include nausea, vomiting, and headache. These symptoms may not happen immediately. The perception threshold for acetaldehyde in air is in the range between 0.07 and 0.25 ppm.[21] ---- At such concentrations, the fruity odor of acetaldehyde is apparent. -----

See. Police brutality doesn’t only happen to black people in general as much as it happens to every other person, Not all cops are like that.

The reason police wouldn’t do their job properly is because of the radical left radicals like Ka-Mob-la Harris and pedo-Joe trying to defund them thus they cannot afford the proper training.

Police training is very resource and money intensive, So it’s very expensive for the law enforcement to do the best training for the best of the best and so whenever they’re being defunded of course there will be bad apples since they’re unable to separate the chaff from the wheat because they couldn’t afford it. The same goes for the military.

Remember: police are NOT your friends.

They are going to make his life because they cost the department that much money. They might make it difficult enough that they drive him out of town.
