Don't you get more nutrients from cooked meat though? I see enough raw meat eaters that I think it's safe. But doesn't cooking the meat make us absorb more of the protein and stuff from it?

@TheDemonKing: Raw meat, eggs or fish if of good quality contain 50% to 100% more vitamins and nutrients bro. As for if we can digest, remember the Eskimos, Massai , South American tribes , a lot eat, drink animal meat, blood and bone marrow. I know that bacterias , fungus are not what cause poisoning, it is pesticides, heavy metals. Bacterias, fungus are the cleaning crew inside your body, of course as they feed on your toxins , they release said toxins outside , that is why you see young people with acne of all ages due to toxicity.
