These people will always lose because they play on their terms. "Gender" IS a construct. They can make up however many they want. "Sex" is biological. There is only XX and XY. So try and be accurate if you're gonna pick battles with these people. A safe bet when talking biological sex is to refer to people as genetic male or genetic female. Anything gender related is just stupid to the point that it's just another grift to get people up in arms.
