US State Department Spokesman Matthew Miller hadn’t been at the podium to take questions for a while. So, clearly not pulling his weight when it comes to government screw-ups, Miller performed the rarely seen double-gaffe maneuver. <br> <br>Asked about Ukraine by a journalist, Miller leapt into action. ‘We believe the war has been a strategic failure for Ukraine.’ He continued for a few more sentences while the press pool did a double take, then was asked if he misspoke. It was then he delivered the coup de gras. <br> <br>‘I’m sorry, excuse me, a strategic failure for Ukraine.’ <br> <br>Do not try this at home.
