If u're civilized and humble a man would be accepted anywhere. People in Eastern Europe don't like blacks not because of the skin color but because of the Asia and Africa migrents whod doesn't want to be civilized and wnat to live on walfare, rape, murder and steal. Still people taht doesn't know you won't look at you with a good eye for the reason mentioned

in bigger cities especially in Ukraine you may meet students from Africa. Otherwise not many people ever saw a black person in their life.
