Alligator with missing jaw finds new home

A tiny alligator who lost her nose and upper jaw, most likely in a collision with a boat, has found a forever home at Florida’s Gatorland reptile park. The gator made waves on social media, which led the staff at Gatorland to perform a rescue mission, bringing her from about 20 miles (32 kilometers) away. <br> <br>‘She had basically no chance of surviving in the wild with such a severe injury,’ said the park in a social media post. Now, however, the gator will live the rest of her life in ‘alligator paradise,’ according to her excited caregivers in her introductory video.
