82,680 views Sep 26, 2023 <br>Sky News host Andrew Bolt has reflected on Daniel Andrews’ “disastrous legacy” after the Victorian Premier announced his resignation. <br>Mr Andrews made the shock announcement during a snap press conference on Tuesday, declaring that it was “time”. <br>Mr Bolt warned history will not be kind to the outgoing Premier with Mr Andrews to be known as the “most incompetent leader of any state”. <br>“It’s now up to some other premier to figure out how to pay off the debts he left behind, how to finish the mad projects he dreamed up, how to fix the electricity system he's helped to ruin,” he said. <br>“Let some other premier end the culture of secrecy in this state, the arrogant use of power as well. <br>“Andrews is off, he is the winner, leaving the cleanup to generations of Victorians who will pay, and pay, and pay.” <br>The outgoing Victorian Premier’s resignation will take effect at 5pm on Wednesday, with the Labor caucus to then decide on his successor. <br> <br>UTL COMMENT:- So, can anybody explain to us, WHO ELECTED HIM 3 times!!!!?
