Agree 100%. This is what it looks like when Gen Y enters the labor force and get to (or in the ear of) people in power and act on their woke indoctrination.
As for Cracker Jill, will they replace the nuts with goldfish crackers? Maybe the pretzel kind? I kind of want that for so so many reasons.

BLACK QUOTAS AT IVY LEAGUE UNIVERSITIES
Some years back, ivy league universities imposed quotas on black students. These black students were pummeled with comments from the whites and Jews, that "You're too dumb to be here. You're taking the slot of a smarter white or Jew, etc." I think I remember these blacks later saying, to stop the black quotas, since the whole policy had backfired badly, with the black students thinking they did not deserve their slot, and that they had taken someone else's place who was more deserving. If there are female coaching quotas, then possibly, a similar situation might occur, with a similar result?!
