i understand, however in the beginning of my country it didn't matter if you were rich, you couldn't sway the election your direction no matter how much money you had, and multi corporations didn't matter either because we did everything within our own country everything was based on the vote within the country, and once we gave women the vote, it only went down hill from there on out. and it eventually became a smoke screen because of all that power lost, nowadays everyone wants rights and when they get their rights, it's how they use their rights that end up fucking everything out of balance. it's also because we abandoned patriarchy and embraced matriarchy, though there is truth to what your saying about our elites, they do control everyone behind the scenes but that wouldn't have been possible if women were never given the right to vote. the vote for women is the root of the problem, the elites just used it to their advantage. but your right especially for today's politics, everything is a smoke screen because to many ppl have power to create change.
