Arms supplied to Ukraine ending up in criminals’ hands, Finland warns

A top Helsinki investigator has warned that criminals in Finland and other European states have been obtaining weaponry that was supposed to go to the Ukrainian military. <br> <br>Russia has repeatedly warned that Western arms could end up in the hands of terrorists, as such weapons have been found for sale on the darknet.
