Most of the time, females within the construction industry self-allocate themselves into office-based work. It's very frustrating that our society is now structured as a female embezzlement scam. Men are being reduced to slaves. I don't really blame women. TBH, if we want to truly fix this problem, we need to eradicate Zionism, and a large chuck of the Middle East.

If a woman takes a gender studies degree and five years after graduation still has over 50% of their debt outstanding, they then need to be conscripted into the building, construction decommissioning, mining, drilling and refining industries.
