Getting video of it will show the mother blatantly disregarding a custody order, if there is one. Her attitude will get her in serious trouble with a judge, because the judge will basically see a mom power tripping.
Remember:
Keep accurate notes of the dates she acts up AND the times you’ve taken your kid extra days.
Show in your text messages that you’ve made considerable measures to keep the agreement cordial but firm.
Video can be used as evidence, but audio cannot.
Texts can also be used as evidence, so make sure your phone backs them up to iCloud or Google drive.
Any proof of mental instability where a child can come to harm can be used as evidence. Matter of fact, if harm is suspected to come to the child, inform the police immediately and file for an emergency order to remove the child that day.

That's when you call the cops. Hope you got a court order. I feel for anyone that has to endure those vindictive women. My mother was similar to her. Difference was, back in the '60s, my dad would call the cops (I found out about this later, as I got older), who threatened to kick the door in if my mother didn't open it. She did. Much respect to my late father, who never shirked his responsibilities to his children.
