Yes because the radiation will only be in Japanese seafood. It definitely couldn't be in other seafood. After all it's not like the radiation will spread through all life in all oceans.
China is the most heavily contaminated country on Earth. After all they have to hand pollinate fruit. Typical Chinese hypocrisy. Like when they tell other countries to mind their own business while poking their nose into everything that doesn't concern them.
