Sometimes I can get right into performing surgical proceedures on others... or watching documentaries / tutorials etc...

But most times I just flip out...

You can't help people who are stupid, deluded and needy or genuinely mentally ill.

But the people who perform these surgeries, they don't say, "Well butter cup - suck it up - your a woman and that is all there is to it, and if you want a pretend dick, get a strap on dildo - $50 with harness - delivered within the week".

No they don't - for the most part the medical practitioners are guilty of sexual mutilation and malsfeance.

This whole trans shit - some people are the genuine article and a lot people are just really fucked up human beings who think that chopping their cocks off or cutting their cunts out and making up a meat dick will improve their situation.

BUT it's like people who think that killing themselves, will make their lives better...

Destroying your gender, will NOT make you romance / sex / relationship life better - you will just be a fucked up person who's life has suddenly gotten worse....
