Very few Russian-flagged commercial vessels come to the U.S. Russia can always get a flag of convenience i.e. Liberia and Panama, and re-flag those ships.
If we're talking about billionaire yachts, fuck 'em. I'd love it if every billionaire's yacht was torpedoed on the high seas. WHY? Every one of those vessels represents countless harm done to the masses and the means to profit from that harm. And fuck the shipbuilders who build them. Their labors can be turned to building more useful ships than extravagant toys for the predatory super rich.
