Are they Russian state assets or private assets?
If they are Russian State assets, I hope Putin's finance people placed liens on them. That will gum up the works. Maybe those assets are entirely paper. In which case, Russia can simply dissolve the underlying parts and make the paper worthless.
If they are assets belong to Russian billionaires and private companies, then they're shit out of luck. Jews in America will be ruining Jews in Russia and that's a beautiful thing.
