Banks are not guilty, the federal reserve of Boston put out a general guideline "Equal opportunity in lending" saying it would fine any bank 200k per instance if it denied a "protected group" any loans.... so what do you think happened??? They gave any idiot who walked in a loan for a house, without any background checks
