Brits teaching Ukrainians to build tin can-sized bombs

A video has been published of British explosives experts teaching Ukrainian troops to build miniature bombs, described by CNN as ‘among the most devastating weapons in Ukraine’s arsenal.’ The footage shows a Northern Irish instructor addressing troops on the construction of the bombs, smaller than a soda can, but capable of delivering lethal payloads.
