It’s funny what really made me start working out was seeing how easily this buff old guy was running past my friend and I as we slowly walked up a steep slope.

He did it like nothing while it took a lot out of us to do the entire hiking trail. My thought was—dam I need to be like that.

There is a lot to be said for walking and riding bicycles on the short and intermediate trips. I know fucking people who drive their cars, TWO blocks down the street to the shops, to get ONE load of bread - FFS.
