Bullfighter in hospital after taking a horn up the ***

Matador Alejandro Conquero was seriously injured after being on the receiving end of a bull’s horn up his end. <br> <br>Conquero was performing the traditional Spanish sport of bullfighting at the annual Prieto de la Cal, dressed in a delightful green outfit and wielding a pink and yellow cape, when the bull managed to outmaneuver the experienced matador and knock him to the ground. Seconds later he was hoisted into the air in the most painful way possible, resulting in, as doctors put it, ‘a goring in the posterior perianal region, which dissects the rectum through the coccyx and could affect the external sphincter of the anus.’ <br> <br>In other words, he was torn a new one, possibly permanently.
