A person will either have GOD'S "mark" (or testimony; Rev. 19:10), which is obeying God's Laws, or they'll choose Satan's/the Beast's mark (disobeying God's Laws), and suffer His wrath, as written in Revelation 16-18. God's mark, or sign is first illustrated in Ex. 31:13-17.

Sorry Starblazer, but the Jab is not The Mark of The Beast. According to the Book of Revelation, it's the name of the Antichrist or his number (666) on a person's Forehead or Right Hand.
And The Rapture isn't even close since it occurs after the 7 Year Tribulation Period and that hasn't started yet.
