Oh Tim Fool... in XC-Men, mutants are the new "racism" mirroring the black racism in the what was it the 1950's and 1960's... Spiderman did not really want his powers, but he decided to try to use it-- hence the wrestling stint, but then Uncle Ben's death placed a huge burden on him and Gwen's death also burdened him too reminding him why he struggles.
