unless written consent is given they cannot arbitrarily decide to go ahead with any of that bullshit...
it is against the constitution anyways, administrative bla bla bla is fucking ILLEGAL and is UNCONSTITUTIONAL in and of itself...
administrated code/etc. is NOT LAW!!!!!
