Stop bitching! Play tit for tat. Move some Chinese warships into the North Sea and claim you're exercising Freedom of Navigation rights. Then move into the Baltic Sea and pay a visit to Kaliningrad. More than just a place to refuel, it will show ZOG-NATO that China can do blue water ops as well.
