I don't know if China has access to DCS (Digital Combat Simulator) games but, they had better be playing that game constantly and try out every conceivable scenario to ensure that ZOG-U.S. is quelled in their part of the world.
Yes, it is a simulator and the stock setup may not be 100% accurate for the average player but, I'm sure the Chinese have expert gamers who can ensure that the models are as accurate as possible and be able to include negative developments, like reliability issues, bad weather, logistics, sanctions, varying skill levels, and geopolitical / financial disruptions caused by ZOG-U.S.
