"We definitely need people at work who can help us feel like we belong there" : typical female thinking (looking for a safe space) and self-advertising. No we do not, reality is proving it to you right now. Your job is not your home, stupid, you are there to make money for your employer. If you can only work in places where you feel that you belong, there will be very few places left.
In general, I love observing these trends : everyone jumped on the feelings bandwagon, hiring coddle staff to avoid cancellation. Now that companies start to get their business savagely destroyed by fed up customers, it's dumping time. Back to basics, I'm all for it.
Also : diversity is not a strength, it is a weakness. History proved it time and time again. This slogan is just another example of Goebels' strategy : repeat a lie enough times and it becomes truth.

I don't doubt as they cut white workers who actually worked for these parasites they saw worse and worse end results and income being generated.
Good to know these worthless gdm fckn parasites/scammers are 'laid off!!!' and best of all I don't doubt no one's going to hire them not with 'get woke go broke' is hitting so gdm fckn hard cause we the people are just done completely with this bs and making it clear.
