This expression of my consummate cooking skills, explains why people who do a fucking shit job with FOOD like hamburgers with the lot, never get a repeat order.....
e.g. The Bumfuckistan Burger Kings.... who can't cook fresh food for shit.
So it's either Do It Yourself or go to the places that do cook a really good meal.
This sort of food is SO easy and fast to make....
It is fucking brilliant.
No set recipes - mostly what ever is available - and go for FRESH vegetables.
A decent dose of fat, meat, and lots of fresh vegetables - easy as piss to make.
The vauge ingredients list which may or may not include:
The FAT is GOOD because it's your POWER food.
Cheese: -------
Sliced, grated, block - tasty / cheddar, cream cheese, cottage, blue, fucking anything really.
Avocados - straight nutrition.
Meat: -------
Mince, bacon, steak, lamb chops, kidneys, liver, sausages, salami, sliced delicatessen meats, chicken, pork - just anything either cooked, canned or just waiting to be cooked.
Fish: -------
Fresh, canned, smoked, cooked and chilled.
Eggs: -------
Fresh, fried, hard boiled, curried etc.
Dips / Sauces: -------
Humus,
Peanut butter,
Sesame Seed paste - Tahini,
Greek Yogurt,
Tomato paste - spread thin.
Mayonnaise,
Chutney (from the Sunday markets)
Apple Sauce,
----- There are tons of sauces, dips, spreads etc...
Vegetables: ------
Celery,
Tomato,
Cucumber,
Raddishes,
Onion,
Shallots or Spring Onions almost whole except the roots.
Lettuce,
Cabbage - finely sliced...
Carrot,
Putting sliced fresh fruit in a hot cooked meal is magnificent - in a hamburger with the lot = magnificent.
Banana,
Apple,
Pear,
Pineapple - chunks or rings or fresh sliced,
Garlic - crushed or sliced - fresh is best,
Bell Peppers and HOT chillies,
Sliced (very thin) or cooked / grilled pumpkin / squash,
Egg Plant,
Broccoli - fresh and sliced fine,
Peas - fresh or frozen and mashed into a paste, and cooked on a BBQ or raw if fresh,
Some of the citrus - like lemon juice, mandarin bits, orange slices, in fact anything as a juice or thinly sliced and added....
Mixed frozen vegetables - grilled / BBQ'd (a bit of water and butter = fantastic).
You can have this all wrapped in flat breads - because they hold a lot, or without the breads in a BIG salad bowl.
Bread in the style of Low Carb, Lower Carb or Plain Turkish, Lebanese Flat / Pita breads,
Thin Wraps are OK, but they are not very big and they cannot hold much and they split and fall apart easily.
A SOMEWHAT ROUGH PRICE GUIDE
A kilo of mixed frozen winter vegetables/ broccoli, fresh onions, 1/2 or 1/4 shredded cabbage - in fact anything, $4.50, Lebanese flat bread $4, 1/2 a kilo of nice greasy mince $7, some Greek yogurt, seasoning like fresh garlic etc...
Free Public Electric BBQ in Australia / cooking at home - that makes say 6 or so really GOOD nutritional filling Kebabs / Spring Roll / flat bread hamburgers - full of nutrition for like $20 - that is like 2 days of decent eating...
You can cook the fillings at home and make them on the go.....
McDonalds HOWEVER - gets you ONE fucking shitty hamburger with fries - full of sugar and zero nutrition for the same fucking price.
Now do you understand why it's SO easy to cook BRILLIANT and NUTRITIONAL food on the go - compared to being a lazy fucking BRAIN DEAD, shit eating, STUPID FUCKING HUMAN BEING, who pays top dollar to eat piss poor value crap like Mc Donalds?
$20 for a McDonalds hmburger and fries and the hamburger is the size of an ice hockey puck, it's almost all sugar and air... and has zero nutrition.
It's not even a fucking meal.
Fuck Mc Donalds - Do It Yourself - any day.
