I used to have a pet chook - they are really good. Especially if you get them used to laying on their backs, while you rub their feet with baby oil to kill the foot lice... They love that.... They love GOOD foot rubs.... They start coo-ing and everything. :) They get a type of bird lice that gets in under the scales on their feet and legs, and the baby oil is an easy way to kill the lice - as they breath through their skin and the oil just drowns them...

Aw Man! I thought I was going to see her kill the chickens, just to show how fresh they were, like in Mexico. Lol.

This is why I'd rather eat Asian (Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc) fast food. Much healthier than most Western restaurants like McDonald's, Barf King, etc. As you said, they use too much sugar, and not enough fresh produce. Even Subway is better than McDonald's or Barf King. At least they have veggies, even if their meat needs work.

I love Korean Food especially their version of buffalo wings

I mean this is "the markets - take away fast food" but then it's basically DECENT FOOD based upon fresh meat and fresh vegetables. What is their version of Buffalo Wings called or it's food group name for similar recipies?

Also with the market vendors food, this is basically all FAST FOOD - meaning it's FRESH vegetables and meat, it's fast cooked in batter by deep frying and it's ready to eat at the point of purchase. Compare it to ANYTHING Crap-Donalds and similar makes - and she is not adding any sugar to it, and the batter is I think is gluten (wheat protein) based, where as Crap-Donalds, is almost ALL added sugar and flour = starch = glucose.... Aside from salads with dressings that have MORE sugar in them than ice cream, and the meat (?) in the burgers, Crap-Donalds is basically ALL sugar based.... It's not food - it's poison. That "fast FOOD" vendor in Korea is making GOOD FOOD. I was particularly thrilled at the chillies and the prawns... and the egg plant well all of it actually.... it all came across as really decent FOOD.... The next question is "how much do you eat?" - ONE large meal or two much smaller meals.... add in vegetables, meats, fruits, nuts and juices etc., and you have a DECENT and well balanced diet. And the Korean food is really easy and quick to cook, either the same or similar, in similar ways....
