Princess Pudge of the Pony Tail Police

Doesn't pull her gun and spray his brains out - the moment his gun jams...

Nope - she literally just stands there squealing like a stuck pig.

And Inspector Dick - the 1000 pound prick - comes to the rescue...

Apparently the fat shits need to fail a fucking medical and an IQ test.

Am I the bad guy for rooting for the criminal?

I normally love cops, but not this imposter LARPing as one seeking stolen valor. She disgusts me on a visceral level. If the criminal had removed a feminist from the population would any thing of value have been lost?

WOW , classic example why whamyn should not be police officers. She panics, instead of controlling her emotions and drawing her gun

Entering that savagely clenching anus, through those big, fat, sweaty, hairy arse cheeks - She told me that she would love you to be there, rescuing her.

She wants you to chase her up the hill and manfully throw her to the ground, and shout in your butchest voice, "Pull down your pants and squeal like a pig!" https://cdn-men.aznude.com/ned....beatty/deliverance/B

@bigintol03: Rooly - You lost 200 + pounds... That is fantastic.... I just had to cut out my LOVE of cheese sandwiches... and exercise a bit more and like an adult - only buy one 200 gram pack of Aldi Blue Vein Cheese every month or so... instead of a kilo of cheddar a week.... Get a 1/4" thick slice of cheese - off the end of the block - douse bountifully with very hot chilie sauce... eat. Repeat. 6 or 8 slices later x enough times, over enough blocks = Shane is a FAT CUNT.... Surprise. But 200 grams of REALLY NICE blue vein cheese once a month or so... Fuck it's a real treat. https://www.cheeseonthegreen.c....om/cheese-type/blue-

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: Honestly Shane, I've fought my weight my whole life, by the time I was 16 I weighed 350 lbs! What inspired me to loose the weight back then was a US Marine Corps recruiter coming to my high school in the spring of '93, I took one look at that uniform and thought THAT'S FOR ME! The recruiter told me I'd have to loose weight in order to enlist, so I did!...I lost 130lbs in 15 months, from the end of my sophomore year of high school to the beginning of my senior year...unfortunately flat feet ended up keeping me out of the service...so, starting slowly in my early 20's I started putting the weight back on, I went from 200lbs up to 290,y doctor got on my case and I went on a mini diet to shut him up and dropped about 40 or 45lbs ,but that didn't last long...I gradually started gaining yet again and ballooned up to 335lbs...then, and event took place in my life (concerning a female) that I didn't handle too well and in response to that I ended up dropping 75lbs in 6 to 7 months, dropping from 335lbs to 260, and yet again I slowly started putting weight back on, but this time I really went for the brass ring and ballooned up to my maximum ever weight of 375lbs! On a trip to my doctor's office for a routine check up his nurse started busting my balls about my weight and said that my weight was totally out of control and that I'd be dead soon if I didn't do something...FAST! I explained to her that I could take the weight off, but I couldn't keep it off...she then correctly guessed that in all my previous attempts that I had taken the weight of rapidly, I said "you are correct" she then suggested that this time I take it off slowly, so, for the next year and a half I played with it only loosing about 35 or 40 lbs. Then, in June of '20 my mother, with whom I was very close with, died! And with all the ensuing bullshit of funeral homes, paper work, cemeteries and the like I lost like 10 or 15

@bigintol03: continuation* 10 or 15lbs in about a week or two, so I decided then and there it was now or never, I cut out all fast food, junk food, soda, etc...sort of overhauled the way I ate, started exercising like crazy and got the weight off (hopefully) once and for all! I actually lost a tad more then I wanted to and dropped down to 179lbs and my initial goal was 220lbs! lol...right now I'm straight up 200lbs...which is the thinnest I've ever been in my adult life! I'm actually starting to dabble in bodybuilding!

@bigintol03: In this video - the dietician talks about going into NUTRIENT dense foods, instead of ENERGY dense foods..... This is more along those lines... https://www.mgtow.tv/v/BQ5SoP and this too... https://www.mgtow.tv/v/OJFM2Z https://www.mgtow.tv/v/MJoGTl This is a good site..... https://www.dietdoctor.com/ AND if you really heap it on with the nutrition, instead of the energy fixes from the lack of nutrition, you will come good and the weight will just fall off... Good meat - some healthy amounts of fats, nuts, avocados, fresh vegetables - focus on what you CAN do and what you CAN eat and all the great ways to fix yourself up....

I have found that if I eat really nutritional foods, I don't get hunger cravings... freshly chopped cabbage into coleslaw, avocado, tomatoes, nice mayonaise and or hommus and or greek yogurt in the dressing and lots of it... Like a WHOLE organic cabbage the size of a small soccer ball, that is 4 really great meals from a superfood.... https://i.dietdoctor.com/wp-co....ntent/uploads/2021/0

https://www.dietdoctor.com/rec....ipes/keto-blt-with-c ----------- https://www.dietdoctor.com/rec....ipes/low-carb-roaste ------ Here’s the way we define different levels of carb intake at Diet Doctor: Ketogenic low carb <20 grams of net carbs per day. This level of carbohydrates is defined as below 5 energy percent (E%) carbs in our recipes or, if it is a meal, 7 grams of carbs or less. In our ketogenic recipes, the amount of carbs per serving is shown in green balls. Moderate low carb 20-50 net grams per day. This level is defined as between 5-10 E% carbs in our recipes and the amount of carbs per serving is shown in yellow balls. Liberal low carb 50-100 net grams per day. This means 10-20 E% carbs in our recipes and the amount of carbs per serving is shown in orange balls. For comparison, a regular Western diet can easily contain 250 grams of carbs or more in a day — most of them refined carbs, including sugar. Note: Although our recipes are arranged by percent calories from carbs, protein, and fat, we do not feel you need to calculate these on your own. We provide them as a reference, but we recommend you limit your carbs, ensure adequate protein, and adjust fat as needed for taste. That eliminates the need to constantly calculate “percent macros.” Fiber Our listed carb counts are the number of digestible carbs, also called net carbs. This simply means we do not count the fiber. For example, you can eat nearly all the fiber you want from keto vegetables without seeing a significant blood sugar or insulin impact. However, don’t be fooled by the label “net carbs” on processed products, like chocolate bars. The labels can be misleading, as these products are often full of sugar alcohols that can have potential negative effects on weight and blood sugar. If in doubt, avoid anything with the words “net carbs” printed on it. An effective low-carb diet is ideally based on fresh, unprocessed food. Learn more
