Cops fatally shoot knife-wielding double amputee

Police in Los Angeles fatally shot a double amputee after being called to an unprovoked stabbing last Thursday. 36-year-old Anthony Lowe Jr. had allegedly attacked the victim with a knife, causing serious injury. Police found Lowe, a double amputee, still armed with a long butcher knife, attempting to flee on his stumps having abandoned his wheelchair.
