Cops fatally shoot ‘terrified’ man who called for assistance after car crash

When 22-year-old Christian Glass called 911 for assistance after crashing his car into a ditch, it was clear he was distressed and in need of assistance. Appearing to be suffering from a paranoid breakdown, Glass told officers he was being followed by shadowy figures who wanted to kill him.
