Having women in firefighter roles or in the roles of saving someone's life when it comes to physical prowess, further puts people in danger including other firefighters, and the same goes for the military, it puts other soldiers at risk of danger when a woman can't handle the job as well as a man could.
Diversity and the way that they're trying to coin it isn't strength, they're just including everyone and giving them a participation trophy no matter what age disability or condition they are in.
That doesn't improve anything when it comes to the workplace, instead that makes everyone's lives at risk much higher than what it was before.
This is one of our world's most worthless experiments gender equality. It's all bullshit and we've known it's all bullshit for decades now, and yet for whatever reason they still insist on trying to push this shit down our throats.
