I was reading around in his comment section, he eventually did show the cop his video, and the cop said you should press charges, problem is nobody seems to be able to figure out where this person lives, she gave her name but it might have been a false name, or something like that I'm not sure. I mean the cop may have been standing there, but he didn't actually see the hit until he washed the video. But this is why you always record, let the other idiot hit you first, because you can usually press charges against them. Recording people is kind of a means of self-defense, because it takes you out of the concept of he said she said, because it shows literal proof in the footage that can't be denied.
