INGREDIENTS : <br> <br>250 grams chopped chestnut mushrooms <br>150 grams chopped baby button mushrooms <br>1 chopped medium onion <br>4 minced garlic cloves <br>1/4 cup plain flour <br>3 tablespoons butter <br>600 ml vegetable stock <br>1/2 cup double cream <br>1/2 teaspoon thyme <br>1/2 tablespoon dried parsley <br>1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper <br>1/4 teaspoon salt <br>1/2 teaspoon vegetable stock powder <br> <br>INSTRUCTIONS : <br> <br>.in large pot on medium heat add 3 tablespoons butter <br>.once melted add 1 chopped medium onion, 4 minced garlic cloves, cook until tender <br>.add 250 grams chopped chestnut mushrooms <br>.add 150 grams chopped baby button mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes <br>.add 600 ml vegetable stock, 1/2 teaspoon vegetable stock powder <br>.add 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt <br>.add 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper &amp;amp; mix well <br>.add 1/4 cup plain flour &amp;amp; mix well <br>.add 1/2 cup double cream, 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley <br>.Mix well and cook medium to low heat for 5 to 10 minutes
