CrossTalk on EU | Laugh or cry?

When thinking about the EU one doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry. When it says it’s united over the issue of Ukraine, it is not. It says it doesn’t want to fight Russia, but in fact is a co-belligerent on the side of Ukraine.
