Mayor Muriel Bowser is an example of a Negro female who was groomed from the beginning to be where she is. Although she features a PRIVATE ALL GIRLS Catholic school education, she has a lot of Jew Mind Virus in her as revealed by her actions. She is all over the board with those actions, which reveals that she doesn't know what the fuck she is doing. I'd like to know who her advisers are. BTW, you can be sure that Elizabeth Seton High School is heavily influenced by crypto-Jews, as they are integral to the modern Roman Catholic Church.
