The deceit of feminism's 'gender pay gap' is even more fundamental. It only focuses on earnings. Men earn more than women on average. And there are many reasons for that as we all know (more dangerous and demanding jobs, more overtime etc etc). But what about spending?

To measure earnings is only half the equation. It assumes (as feminism does) that men and women are equal and isolated, rather than different and complimentary (2 halves of a whole).

Men earn more (true) but women are the primary beneficiaries of spending (also true). Men pay the most taxes from their higher earnings, but the majority of tax spending goes to women's social programs and welfare. In relationships men tend to be the higher earners, and yet women control 80% of household income. Even in dating men tend to pay and women have men's money spent on them. Everywhere you look the net flow of money (resources) is from men to women. He for she.

Men's primary motivation to work in all those demanding and dangerous jobs is to earn enough money to (a) attract a woman (b) support her so she can start their family.

The gender pay gap - as it is laid out by feminists - is actually an example of female privilege (doh!) ..... because if we equalised earnings between the genders women's living standards would actually go DOWN. For every dollar a woman spends she only has to earn 70 cents. For every dollar a man spends he has to earn $1.30. That's why there is a gender pay gap. Men subsidise women! Males giving resources to females is an observation we see throughout the animal kingdom. Men subsidise women voluntarily in relationships and dating, as well as by coercion via taxes and tax spending.

For every grotesquely high earning male CEO there is usually a wife living a life of grotesque luxury and privilege who may or may not work, and if she does work it's voluntary just because she is bored hanging around the pool all day watching the maids do all the housework.

There is no need to debunk the gender pay gap because it is already an own goal by feminism. Men earn more. Women have more spent on them.

Therefore the net flow of money is from men to women. That's female privilege.

the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) has purview over W2 employment in the United States. There are numerous ways you can attempt to demonstrate a disparity in hiring, employment, or interview practices on the basis of race, color, creed, or sex. If it were possible to prove a disparity in pay on the basis of sex, then women employed at companies could easily begin a class action lawsuit against the company based on the guidelines set by the EEOC. They have done this in some cases. One of the most prominent was against google. Google settled with the class action group of women on the basis they thought it would be too costly to go to trial against thousands of women in the class action settlement. They paid out large sums of money and agreed to do an audit amongst other things. After settling financially, it took time for the audit to be completed and what they found based on the independent audit is that women were actually overpaid. What that means is that the men actually stood a better chance at winning a EEOC lawsuit on the basis that men were underpaid at google, not women. The only problem is that google already settled. The USA has become a country that is essentially made up of mentally ill obese people and everyone is trying to steal from one another using mentally ill lawyers. Its really sad. it wouldn't surprise me if in the future the multinational companies will slowly scale down their business operations inside the country because of how screwed up the people are here now. 2 people have committed suicide at google in the last few months. one hung himself at his apartment, another just leapt out of the window of the highrise office to his death. its just goes to show the level of mental illness. If you need to have a populace that is on drugs all the time both legal and illegal, it means something is really wrong.
